Meet Linda
Welcome! I'm a qualified Yoga Therapist for Mental Health specialised in trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression working with both children and adults. My aim is to help people befriend their body and regulate their nervous system through yoga, functional breathing patterns, movement and integrative somatic therapies. I am also certified in Integral Eye Movement Therapy, a rapid and effective therapy to help release undesired emotions and thought patterns.
