I offer an initial 15-minute introductory call, free of charge.

initial consultation session

£70 (50 minutes)

You can then book an Initial Consultation session, to see if we will be a good match. This will also be an opportunity to discuss anything relating to your goals, hopes and worries about therapy, as well to ask me any questions regarding my training and approach.

individual psychotherapy session

£70 per session (50 minutes)

Concession rates available if you are a student or on low income.
