mind & body therapy for stress and anxiety

Persistent worry, feeling tense and fatigued, sleepless nights or difficulty focusing, and a general sense of being 'stuck? This is nurturing therapeutic space focusing on mindfulness, breathwork, cognitive shift to balance the nervous system, change the way we relate to thoughts, and find peace and calm.

 

No yoga equipment or meditation experience needed.
